Creator controls

After a coin exists, its creator can change exactly two things.

• Where their fees go. They can point earnings at a different wallet. This affects future earnings only.
• Nothing else about the money. The rate itself is fixed at creation and can never be raised.

What is out of reach

There is no mint function. No way to freeze or blacklist a wallet. No way to add a tax after launch. No way for anyone, creator or protocol, to reach the liquidity once it is locked. These are not policies we have chosen to follow. The functions are not in the contract.
