Snipe protection

Buys in the opening seconds of a launch pay an extra tax that starts near 99% and decays to nothing within 3 seconds.

• It applies to buying only, never to selling.
• What it collects flows back into the launch through the normal fee split.
• The decay is steep on purpose. A bot that lands in the first block pays almost everything; a person clicking a few seconds later pays almost nothing.

It does not make sniping impossible. It makes it unprofitable, which is the part that matters.
